Jaguar S-Type R Upper Supercharger Pulley Upgrade 4.2L (2.5LB). 2003-Present Jaguar S-Type R 4.2L V-8 Upper Supercharger Pulley Upgrade (2.5LB).

Eurotoys Ltd. was the 1st to offer/manufacture these Blower pulleys for the S-Type R 4.2L Jaguar.

This smaller supercharger pulley will give you a modest power improvement of 30-33HP.

*Your car will still retain the factory belt, but “Modifications” to the blower are required! The nose-drive of the supercharger will have to be machined down to clear this small pulley. Eurotoys recommends that this is done professionally at our partners PSE Superchargers. However, it is possible to do this machine work by “hand” with a Dremel or similar tool. Keep in mind that the supercharger can be damaged!

*Boost levels are subject to ambient air temperature, weather conditions and elevation.

**No ECU Tuning is required for this Supercharger Upgrade!

    Best upgrade currently available for the S-Type R. Extra low end power and the mid-range power band is really livened up.

    Very happy with the pulley upgrade, the dyno confirmed an increase of 30 whp (20-30 across the entire powerband) but was very suprised with the larger increase in torque, I can definitely feel the difference. For the money it is a great upgrade. I would also recommend renting/buying the pulley removal and installer tool, it made the process significantly easier and did not risk any damage from trying to cut off the old pulley. I also purchased the low-temp thermostat and installed at the same time, works perfectly, a good package together.
