Shipping & Returns

By visiting and ordering from Eurotoys Ltd. you agree to the following terms, conditions, and general policies:

  1. We do not sell, exchange or rent any of your personal data. We use your email address only to confirm your orders, process your purchase, provide shipping notification.
  2. We strive to protect your privacy by using the latest security measures on our website, to ensure that your information is not lost or stolen. Our shopping cart employs SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and encryption to protect you.
  3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS: The merchandise received does not match the merchandise listed on the invoice.
    The merchandise received is defective. The merchandise received has been damaged in shipping. Please note that any damage which occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier, NOT the responsibility of Eurotoys Ltd. Please check your shipment immediately to ensure that no shipping damage has occurred. If the item(s) has been damaged in transit, you must contact the shipper to determine the proper return procedures.
  4. For Returns/Order Cancellations. Credit Card fees are not refunded. The credit card companies stopped refunding these in 2019.
  5. In the event that the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was shipped, please obtain a Return Authorization using the following procedure:Contact Eurotoys Ltd. using the information provided on our contact page to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All items must be shipped prepaid via United States Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express no later than 20 days from the invoice date. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package near the customer's address. All merchandise returned must be 100% uninstalled shape. Contain all packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.As long as the damage/mistaken merchandise can be properly verified, an exchange will occur for an undamaged/proper part, and all shipping fees will be refunded to the customer. If the replacement part is no longer available, the customer may receive an in-store credit for a similar product, or a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping cost for overnight or 2nd day returns.To avoid any problems or confusion, Eurotoys Ltd. strongly recommends that you double-check all part numbers prior to placing your orders, to ensure that you are ordering the correct part, and also that you double-check all merchandise received PRIOR to installation to ensure that the right part number was delivered. ***WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN INSTALLED***.Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price increase, Eurotoys Ltd. will verify the new price with customers that have pending orders before the merchandise is shipped. In the event that an incorrect price is listed, we reserve the right to refuse orders and to cancel any orders at the incorrect price even if the payment has already been processed.Orders in the continental United States are shipped via UPS, USPS, or Federal Express once payment has been processed. Shipping usually takes place within 1-4 business days. Please contact us if you would like a product shipped outside of the U.S, we can get you a quote.

    Multiple item orders and/or back orders may be shipped separately and on different days. In the event that an order contains an item that is currently unavailable, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. The customer has the option to receive a full refund or wait for the part to be shipped.

Eurotoys Ltd. Warranty

Eurotoys Ltd. warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the products supplied by Eurotoys Ltd. which at our sole discretion are found to be defective upon return, freight prepaid, to Eurotoys Ltd., 8N914 Dittman Rd, Campton Hills, IL 60124. This warranty and any implied warranty is for a period one (1) year beginning on the date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty shall be null and void on products which, in Eurotoys Ltd.'s judgement show abuse, negligence, improper installation or application, alteration from original design, misuse or improper maintenance.

This warranty does not cover special or indirect or consequential damages, including actual or alleged labor charges, and the liability of Eurotoys Ltd. is limited to repairing or replacing its products in accordance with the stipulations contained in this warranty and in no event shall the liability of Eurotoys Ltd, Inc. exceed the price of the product on which such liability is based.

No one is authorized by Eurotoys Ltd. to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty or to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some do not allow the exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Eurotoys Ltd. will not be responsible for any Manufacturer warranties.

Eurotoys Ltd. products are for Racing/Off Road Use only, you are buying these products at your own risk. Some products may have a warranty from the Vendor/Manufacturer, you should contact them directly for warranty assistance.

Eurotoys Ltd's ECU Tuning has a Limited warranty from our Programmer, please contact Eurotoys Ltd. if you have any questions on what is covered.
